Dedicated Growth GmbH is the Ortiz Rasmussen family holding established by Ulrik Ortiz Rasmussen back in 2004.
As a serial entrepreneur Ulrik has founded and grown 20 companies during his carrier. Areas Ulrik has been working within have been: High/tech for the Public Transportation Industry, Smart City Technologies, Medicare, Real Estate development, retro gaming machines (pinball), Tiny Houses Manufacturing, Sustainable Tourism Concepts and Sustainable Food Specialities based on wildlife animals.
Parallel to founding new innovative companies Ulrik is a business angel with investments mainly into start-ups related to Smart City innovations.

We have extensive experience in entering new markets. Ulrik has been responsible for acquisitions or setting up subsidiaries in 15 different European countries, in South America, Australia, and in different Asian countries.
